Two life-changing events happened to me in April 2003.

First, I passed my thesis defense. After five years in grad school, I have finally reached the end of this particular road.

Second, my wife gave birth to our beautiful daughter, Adalea Erya Khoo. So I have started down a new road of diapers, midnight feedings and constant crying.

I have a feeling it's gonna be a wacky trip.
