Due: 10/22/03, noon
Code to use in subject line: HW3
Things to do:
Create a partial autobiography in OpenCyc. You can make it as elaborate
as you like, but at minimum you must provide
- Descriptions of going to school and going to college. How finely you
decompose these is up to you, but each must have at least one subevent
representing something interesting that happens to you (or that you did).
Each of these subevents, or some proposition about them, must be causally
connected to some other later event, or a proposition that is true about you
in some later time.
- All events must be linked together via appropriate temporal relationships,
so that the sequence of things happening in your life is clear.
- For every event, you must include at least one fact about you that holds
sometime during or around the event.
While we encourage you to use your real life, we have no way of checking the
factual accuracy of your autobiographical claims. So if you suggest that a
defining moment in your school experiences was discovering that all of your
teachers were aliens and all of your classmates robots, that is up to you.
