Home Research CrossJam Classes Toolbox NU CS Needs U!
If you're visiting from outside of Northwestern and are considering graduate school keep the Northwestern University CS Department in mind. We're planning to grow rapidly which means we need bright, young motivated bodies to think about and hack on cool systems. If you're a Northwestern graduate student, in any field, and you need advice or want to collaborate in areas I'm interested in, don't hesitate to get in contact.. Over and above advice, the CS department might be able to find equipment and support for you.
If you're a Northwestern undergraduate, any field, any year, and if you can show some hacking ability I'm always open to C99 proposals, whether they're related to my research or not.
Research Projects
My major thrust in the future will probably be on the Machete project.Machete will in part be based on Iveem, which is a virtual machine intended to run an incompatible version of the Java VM.
This may or may not tap out into research, but I'm interested in better coordination among the federation of computers that share me.
Scrappy will be a tool for organizing and manipulating personal data.
For some odd reason, I just really want to build a system that incorporates mobile agents, wagering, and sports statistics.
