David Franklin takes job at Microsoft, in the Media2Go division.

David Franklin, PhD (2001) and Instructor (2001-2002) has recently taken a job with Microsoft. He is responsible for designing and implementing the user interface for Media2Go (think of an iPod that can display movies and pictures). Look below for a couple of links describing it:
