Have scheduled your weekly half-hour coaching meetings with me. These should begin this week, e.g., if you have a Monday meeting, our first meeting will be October 3rd. Make the time works for every team member, in terms of other meetings before and after, and distance from those meetings. See my calendar and use the form there to request a time. Put your team name + "weekly meeting" in the Reason field.
