CS 394 Assignment 3 Comments

I looked at three aspects of the project plans:

Presentation: how clear were your diagrams, how easy was it to find information about your plan, e.g., total effort, timeline, justification, calculations
Effort Estimation: how did you calculate effort? did you use two methods? did you say where your baseline came from?
Risk Management: how well did you identify and mitigate risks? were these generic risks or did you really apply the general concepts to the specific projects, each of which has its own challenging aspects?
